ARC Raiders Nomadic Envoys offers Stash Expansion and Vault Slots | Skip him until the devs lower their fees

    Posted: May 22, 2026Views: 287

The developers have been trying to patch their expedition system. After the third expedition, they added a new trader, Nomadic Envoys. This trader not only offers extra stash space but also sells a special expedition vault storage, allowing you to store up to 5 items that will carry over into your next expedition.

However, now might not be the best time to trade with him. There are some flaws in both the goods he sells and the design of the expedition vault storage. Let's take a closer look at what Nomadic Envoys specifically offer and what their problems are.

ARC Raiders Nomadic Envoys offers Stash Expansion and Vault Slots | Skip him until the devs lower their fees

    Nomadic Envoys Guide

To access this new trader, simply go to Traders interface in the main menu, then select Nomadic Envoys at the bottom right. All exchangeable items will be listed there. Note that you can only visit this trader after reaching level 25. Players who haven't hit that level yet should focus on leveling up first.

    Stash Expansion

One highly practical upgrade he provides is Stash Expansion. Using this feature permanently increases your backpack by 12 stash slots. You'll need to submit 200,000 ARC Raiders coins along with several high-quality materials:

    • Queen Reactor
    • Matriarch Reactor
    • Bombardier Cell
    • Assessor Matrix
    • Turbine Compressor
    • Leaper Pulse Unit
    • Bastion Cell
    • Vaporizer Regulator
    • Rocketeer Driver

If you've gathered all the above items and coins, you can use the auto select function to quickly submit and complete the transaction.

    Expedition Vault

Another important upgrade is Expedition Vault. Redeeming this adds one extra slot to your expedition vault. Its function is that after you finish an expedition and return, any item placed in the vault will be available for your next raider to use.

In other words, it lets you preserve ARC Raiders blueprints or items after an expedition reset - like a safe pocket. Each expedition vault slot carries the same value as Stash Expansion. Keep in mind that each submission unlocks only one expedition vault slot, whereas Stash Expansion unlocks all 12 slots at once.

    Weekly Rotating Items

Nomadic Envoys also brings unlockable cosmetic outfits, decorations, blueprints, and other items, each with different requirements:

    Mirage Outfit:

    • 500,000 coins
    • Same material requirements as Stash Expansion

    Backpack Charm / Emote:

    • 5× Portable TV
    • 5× Headphones
    • 5× Projector

    Weapon Blueprint (Tempest):

    • Any Weapon
    • 1,000,000 coins
    • Same material requirements as Stash Expansion

    ARC Enemy Part (Turbine Compressors):

    • 1× Alien Duck
    • 1× Rubber Duck
    • 1× Flashy Duck

    Legendary Project Item (Ship Model):

    • Any Weapon
    • 100,000 coins
    • Same material requirements as Stash Expansion

    Epic Project Item (Ship Model):

    • Any Weapon
    • 30,000 coins
    • Same material requirements as Stash Expansion

    Raider Tokens:

    • 150,000 coins
    • Same material requirements as Stash Expansion

All of the above will be replaced when the weekly rotation happens. But don't worry too much about missing something important, because they will obviously cycle back sooner or later. What you really need to consider is how to gather all those materials and coins.

Core Issues with The New Trader

The main problems with the new trader are already clear: most of the goods are overvalued. Even players who don't participate in expeditions might not have enough materials. For those who do take part in expeditions but currently lack coins and materials, Nomadic Envoys are basically out of reach.

Take Tempest blueprint as an example. Even though it's an epic blueprint, you would need to invest a huge amount of time farming Queen and Matriarch - the toughest bosses. You have to cooperate with other players to take them down, and even then you might not get their Reactors, let alone all the other epic materials.

Instead of exhausting yourself collecting materials, following a guide to directly find Tempest blueprint might actually be more efficient.

That said, not everything is bad news. The developers have explicitly stated that during the first week, they will allow players to test one stash expansion and 5 expedition vault slots. The goal is to gather initial feedback and use that opportunity to adjust the costs before adding more slots later. Therefore, it's best not to acquire anything just yet. After the development team sees the community's response to this week's pricing, the costs are likely to go down next week.

    Another Mechanic Flaw

When upgrading a stash slot, you have to submit all the required ARC components at once, unlike with projects where you can contribute gradually over time. This means that to unlock the last vault slot, which demands a value as high as 1,000,000 coins' worth of materials, you would first need to free up 91 stash slots just to hold enough Queen Reactors.

Even if you use Vaporizer Regulators to save space, you'd still need to stockpile 56 stacks of those cores to complete the transaction - making an already difficult situation even worse for players with limited stash space.

The development team might lower the costs after receiving feedback and might also design a feature that allows us to submit ARC components one by one, instead of forcing a one-time transaction. But for now, that feature hasn't been implemented. So the only thing players can do at the moment is to unlock extra stash space first, then keep accumulating ARC components while waiting for the trader's costs to drop.

Nomadic Envoys serve as a stable resource sink and a weekly goal. Whether you want to expand your stash, carry over expedition items, or collect limited-edition cosmetics, you can visit this new trader regularly. However, given that most exchanges offer poor value for what they cost, there's no need to rush into any trades. It's wiser to wait for the developers to make reasonable adjustments to the valuation.

ARC Raiders May 18-24 Quick and Easy Season 4 Trials Breakdown | Score rare Blueprints and Epic items incredibly fast

    Posted: May 19, 2026Views: 204

A new set of Trials has arrived in ARC Raiders, bringing epic items and precious blueprints you definitely won't want to miss. We're now in the second week of Season 4 (May 18-24), and for those who took part, these rewards offer a solid boost.

Let's dive into all Trial missions available this week and see how you can consistently rack up three-star ratings with speed and ease.

ARC Raiders May 18-24 Quick and Easy Season 4 Trials Breakdown | Score rare Blueprints and Epic items incredibly fast

ARC Raiders Season 4 Week 2 Trial Missions

Before you head out, here are the objectives you'll need to complete this week:

    • Search containers in the Medical Research wing
    • Search Lockers
    • Damage Rocketeers
    • Damage Leapers
    • Destroy Pops

None of the tasks this week are overly demanding, and with double points active on certain maps, you'll clear these Trials even faster. Now, let's break down exactly how to handle each one.

    Damage Leapers

    • Recommended maps: The Blue Gate & Dam Battlegrounds

Around Adorn Wreckage on The Blue Gate and in the small village nearby, Leapers spawn reliably. Dam Battlegrounds also features plenty of Leaper spawn points. Once taken down, Leapers do respawn, but there's a cooldown of a few minutes.

Each Leaper nets you roughly 1,700–2,000 points. Eliminating two will consistently earn you three stars; alternatively, you can finish one and deal heavy damage to a second. Just bear in mind that you'll want to deliver as much of that damage on your own as possible - if other players join in, your personal score gets diluted.

For an effortless three-star clear, simply bring a Hullcracker with two stacks of ammo to pile up damage fast. If you're chasing a top-tier score, Wolfpacks are the way to go. Toss a Wolfpack to soften the target, then follow up with Hullcracker. There's no need to sink two Wolfpacks into the same Leaper.

Make absolutely sure you select a Night Raid map and deploy there. While nighttime no longer provides double points, both the spawn frequency and movement speed of Leapers increase significantly, giving you far more kill opportunities in a single run.

    Damage Rocketeers

    • Recommended map: The Blue Gate

Each Rocketeer is worth around 1,430 points. To comfortably hit three stars, all you need is to take down two Rocketeers and deal partial damage to a third, though eliminating three outright is the safer approach.

Compared with Leapers, Rocketeers pose a much greater threat. Conventional weapons can work, but they're riskier and less efficient, which is why Wolfpacks remain the top pick.

You can run a loadout similar to the one used for Damage Leapers, only swapping Hullcracker for a Jupiter as your backup weapon. Two well-placed Wolfpacks will usually be enough to bring down a single Rocketeer.

Whenever possible, engage Rocketeers from long range. If you can take them down before they get within striking distance, you'll avoid return fire completely.

    Destroy Pops

    • Recommended maps: Stella Montis & Buried City

Indoor areas of Stella Montis and Buried City are crawling with Pops. At 400 points each, destroying around eight of them secures three stars. They pose very little threat, which makes this arguably the easiest Trial.

Pops are mobile explosive enemies that detonate on their own. One crucial detail: the explosion only counts if you personally shoot and trigger it. If they get caught in another blast or self-destruct, it won't progress your mission.

You'll want a fast-firing weapon that can one-shot Pops, such as Bettina or Venator. On Stella Montis, Shredders also make an appearance, so keep a Hullcracker handy to clean them up.

Whenever Pops and Fireballs show up together, always take out Pops first. If you go for Fireballs straight away, Pops will have plenty of time to rush you or get set off by the flames, leaving you with nothing to show for your effort.

Search containers in the Medical Research wing

    • Recommended map: Stella Montis

The medical area on Stella Montis boasts a denser concentration of searchable containers than any other map. Each search awards 134 points. Do note that this week's Trial no longer demands 4,000 points, nor is there a double-points mechanic. Reaching three stars requires searching roughly 20 containers - hardly a challenge.

This objective covers every interactive object in the area: regular containers, lootable robots, breakable cabinets, and containers inside key-locked rooms. Special objects like radars or ARC devices are not included.

Once again, a Night Raid is highly recommended, as far more containers spawn under these conditions than during the day.

It's also a good idea to bring a key for the medical research facility - those key rooms hold an extra 10–15 containers, which not only pushes your score higher but also gives you a shot at ARC Raiders blueprints. While searching, you can still interact with and earn points from containers that other players have already opened.

Server cabinets work as well; weapon cases, medical kits, and every lootable item contribute to your progress. Even computer terminals can be searched for points.

    Search Lockers

    • Recommended maps: Dam Battlegrounds & Spaceport

Dam Battlegrounds and Spaceport feature the highest number of Lockers. Dam Battlegrounds has a slight edge in quantity, but many of them are tucked behind key rooms, so you'll want to bring a keycard when heading into that map. Over on Spaceport, Lockers appear in clusters, making it a more reliable choice to group up with squadmates.

Each locker gives 160 points, meaning you'll need to search around 15–20 of them. The same search trick applies here: Lockers that have already been opened by other players will still grant you points.

That wraps up the complete guide for ARC Raiders Trials in Season 2 Week 2. Whether you're running solo or with a squad, we hope these tips help you lock in top scores without breaking a sweat.

ARC Raiders Best Blueprints Farming Methods after Third Expedition Wipe | Stop grinding hours and try these insane routes instead

    Posted: May 15, 2026Views: 444

ARC Raiders third expedition has now come to a close, leaving many players once again with nothing. Weapons, blueprints, workbenches - everything must be restarted from scratch.

While revisiting the progression curve can be enjoyable, the lack of top-tier gear to protect yourself is bound to cause some unease. Veteran players already know where to find materials and weapons, but blueprints remain the safest and most reliable option. Below are some of the most popular methods for acquiring blueprints after Third Expedition.

ARC Raiders Best Blueprints Farming Methods after Third Expedition | Stop grinding hours and try these insane routes instead

    Reinforced Reception

Speedrunning Reinforced Reception area on The Blue Gate map is currently the most efficient way to obtain Augment blueprints. Predictably, however, this spot is highly contested. Either ambitious PvP players lurk nearby, or PvE players who arrived first have already looted the place clean.

The strategy itself is straightforward: go in empty-handed, or bring a few health syringes at most, then rush straight to the Reinforced Reception, break into the lower room, and search for Augment blueprints. The real challenge lies in spawn point RNG.

Your spawn must be close enough for a chance to arrive first. If the distance exceeds 300 meters, it's best to exit and restart immediately - anything else wastes precious testing time, as another player has likely already beaten you there. However, if you manage to secure the area or get there first, the rewards are substantial.

The blueprint drop rate here is phenomenal, far surpassing any other location. But be warned: nearly every player knows the value of this spot, leading to intense competition. Encounters with multiple Shredders mid-run, or being locked inside a room by other players, are common occurrences.

Using this method, you can collect roughly 7-8 ARC Raiders blueprints within half an hour, with Augment blueprints making up the majority. f you can tolerate frequent restarts and intense battles, this is the optimal strategy for accumulating Augment blueprints.

    Hurricane Caches

In theory, searching Hurricane Caches is a reliable way to obtain blueprints for rare weapons like Tempest, Vulcano, Vita, and Bobcat. You can also find Vita Spray blueprint.

In practice, however, it's a disaster. Hurricane map condition maps are filled with the deafening roar of the storm, while the ticking sound of Hurricane Caches is extremely faint. Even with external map tools to pinpoint their spawn locations, the search process remains painfully frustrating.

While you can indeed find the blueprints mentioned above at a decent efficiency, the experience is terrible. Unless you desperately need those specific rare weapon blueprints and don't mind potential hearing fatigue, this method is not recommended.

    Regular Uncovered Caches

Compared to the torment of hurricane versions, the regular Uncovered Caches event is far more pleasant. Without the storm's relentless assault on your ears, you can clearly hear the caches' locations, making the search much easier.

This is extremely valuable for players who have just joined the third expedition. These caches contain a high number of loot items and drop Light Gun Parts, Medium Gun Parts, and Heavy Gun Parts blueprints at a respectable rate.

In addition, you can obtain all uncommon and rare weapon blueprints, including Osprey, Torrente, Venator, and Anvil. The only downside is that Canto blueprint does not drop here.

While overall efficiency is lower than Reinforced Reception speedrun, the experience is far better, competition is minimal, and this method helps you quickly fill out your collection of basic blueprints and attachments in the early game of ARC Raiders.

Indoor Looting During Hurricane Map Condition

Hurricane map condition features a modifier that doubles item drops, significantly increasing the chance of finding high-level attachment blueprints in containers. So if you're willing to give up the maddening outdoor cache hunt, you can focus on an efficient indoor container loop. The strategy revolves around your spawn point: quickly loot storage boxes and containers in nearby villages or buildings.

The inherent blueprint drop pool of containers overlaps with the event-exclusive attachment blueprint pool, meaning a single blueprint you obtain can come from a very broad pool. For example, you might get an Extended Shotgun Mag or a regular weapon blueprint.

In a normal 30-minute match, this yields about three to four blueprints plus some weapon attachments. It's an efficient and relatively comfortable net-casting strategy, especially effective for expanding your attachment blueprint collection - and far less painful than the outdoor search.

    Close Scrutiny

Killing Surveyors within the core area of Close Scrutiny yields roughly a 10% blueprint drop chance. There are many Surveyors, but the area is filled with Vaporizers and arc towers, meaning you'll need a solid gear setup to enter, and you face a high risk of death.

Surveyors' drop pool is extremely broad, even including the rare Looting Mk. 3 (Survivor), but results are heavily RNG-dependent. You might go two or three matches without seeing one.

If you have good enough gear and are prepared to death, this is an engaging approach. It's risky, but once you're fully equipped, it serves as a fun lottery-style method.

    Stella Montis

Stella Montis is one of the most loot-dense areas in ARC Raiders, exclusively offering key blueprints such as Seeker Grenade, Deadline, Trailblazers, Gas Mines, and Pulse Mines.

The best strategy here is also to go in empty-handed and only loot containers next to your spawn point - because everyone else is doing the same. Crossing the entire map is pointless; your rewards depend entirely on spawn luck. If you absolutely need Seeker Grenade and Deadline blueprints, this is where you must wish for good fortune.

These are the most effective blueprint farming methods after the third expedition. Each comes with a different level of risk, so you can choose the one that best matches your current gear stage.

ARC Raiders Update 1.28.0: New Castaway Set hits the shop | Exclusive Discounts and Layered Customization

    Posted: May 13, 2026Views: 602

Raiders, ARC Raiders shop has new skins and emotes again, and update 1.28.0 is quite substantial. In this update, they also addressed the issue of some players losing skill points after completing expeditions. Is there anything that interests you? Let's take a look.

    New Skin Set

Castaway skin set has just been released, featuring a new overalls and jacket design, along with a glowing mask. The details are incredibly rich and are sure to be loved by many players.

The set originally cost 2100 tokens, but is currently discounted to 1600 tokens. If you only unlock the skin itself, which includes three color variations, it's only 1300 tokens.

The highlight of Castaway set is its extremely high degree of customization. Players can remove the glowing mask, hat, gloves, jacket, overalls, front net, and ropes one by one. Each layer of removal reveals a more basic design, ultimately leaving only the standard body.

While ARC Raiders doesn't yet support free mixing and matching of different skin parts, this layered design already demonstrates the development team's dedication to skin storytelling and personalization.

ARC Raiders Update 1.28.0: New Castaway Set hits the shop | Exclusive Discounts and Layered Customization

    Emoticons & Whaler Tools

In addition to Castaway skin, the store has updated with two new sets of content.

The first is an emoticon pack, priced at 800 tokens, including three actions: horns, right on, and flirty greeting. This adds another layer of fun for quirky players. Overall, this emoticon set is decent.

The second is Whaler set, featuring a small whale hanging from the end of the main weapon, along with buoy and anchor decorations, and even a fish basket on the back. The entire set costs 800 tokens.

If you only want the weapon decorations themselves, you can unlock Whaler tools separately, as the extra basket and anchor decorations are not very useful, and you can save the 200 tokens. This design is relatively understated but very cool, with excellent attention to detail.

    Skill Point Loss Issue

According to the official announcement, the skill point loss issue has not been fully resolved.

The announcement first confirmed that the third expedition has begun, and the third and final update for Patchwork Raider outfit has been released, available to all players who embarked on the expedition with the caravan.

Hopefully, this will be the last update for this expedition. The game needs to allow new players to participate from scratch, rather than being perpetually left behind.

The announcement then acknowledged that some players experienced missing skill points after the expedition. The official statement said that the issue has been located and resolved, but it will take several days to track all affected accounts and gradually reissue skill points.

Skill points directly affect skill upgrade progress, and one of the main attractions of the expedition mode is obtaining valuable ARC Raiders blueprints, stash space, and skill points. This bug is significantly affecting the player experience.

Praying that the developers can restore normal gameplay for all players who lost skill points as soon as possible.

    Other Issues Besides Skill Points

    ARC Damage Bug

In addition to the skill point issue, some players have reported online that there is also a bug causing ARC damage to reset. Before the expedition, players' damage dealt to ARC inexplicably dropped to zero. Players wanted to know if this bug was being addressed.

Fortunately, an official representative replied in the comments that it had been forwarded to the technical team for investigation.

While not many people encountered this bug, it's truly bizarre and incredibly frustrating for players. If you experience similar bug issues, remember to leave a comment online, as the development team does read game reviews.

    Missing Quest Experience Points

A pressing question in the game is why completing quests doesn't grant experience points. This discourages players from actively pursuing quests in expedition mode; they only do them when they come across them, never intentionally grinding for them.

Because there's no experience reward regardless of whether a quest is completed or not, what's the point of the quest system? Is the current quest system essentially useless?

Especially in Expedition mode, players desperately need extra experience points to progress. We hope ARC Raiders development team can add appropriate experience point rewards to missions as soon as possible, which would also be a good way to incentivize players to complete more missions.

    Current Player Experience

Aside from the loss of skill points, player feedback indicates an overall improvement in the game experience.

With the launch of the new expedition, the matchmaking system seems to have improved. While a few disruptive players remain, players are generally more cooperative. One player shared a story of running around the map with eight others, clearing it without encountering any disruptive players – a very enjoyable experience.

Even if not everyone experiences this level of matchmaking, it at least gives players a positive sign and restores their confidence in the current game environment.

Furthermore, ARC Raiders' popularity hasn't waned, consistently ranking in the top ten most popular games, remaining healthy and active. Contrary to widespread online claims, ARC Raiders isn't dying.

That concludes the latest update 1.28.0 for ARC Raiders. We hope you unlock your desired skins and have a successful expedition!

ARC Raiders Workshop Guide during Riven Tides Update: How to upgrade faster to craft new items?

    Posted: May 11, 2026Views: 492

The updates released for ARC Raiders between January and April have done more than just enrich the game with new gameplay modes; they also include refinements to core mechanics to ensure they strike a balance between accessibility and logical consistency.

Unfortunately, a feature you may have previously hoped for, the ability to retain your workshop crafting station levels after an Expedition, has not yet been implemented. For now, you must still gather materials and upgrade your stations from scratch following each reset.

Of course, the workshop hasn't remained entirely static over these past few months.

Based on the adjustments made so far, we'll introduce everything you need to know about upgrading stations and other workshop-specific mechanics like Scrappy, following the release of Riven Tides update.

ARC Raiders Workshop Guide during Riven Tides Update: How to upgrade faster to craft new items?

    What is the workshop?

ARC Raiders is set in a world overrun by ARC invaders; consequently, all raids take place on the dangerous surface, while more routine interactions occur within the underground sanctuary known as Speranza.

You can think of Speranza as your in-game base of operations. The workshop serves as one of its primary functions, specifically for crafting, while other activities available in Speranza include customizing your character's appearance, trading with NPCs, and more.

As for the workshop itself, it comprises seven distinct stations. Each station requires specific materials for upgrades and offers a unique selection of items available for crafting.

As you upgrade your stations, you gain the ability to craft more advanced gear; however, crafting these high-tier items typically requires a corresponding blueprint.

Blueprints are an integral part of the workshop system: once consumed, a blueprint is added to the specific station associated with that item, allowing you to craft the item thereafter simply by supplying the other necessary materials.

Blueprints are typically acquired by scavenging during expeditions, ideally by looting high-value containers found during special in-game events.

It is also worth mentioning Scrappy. This rooster is technically your pet within Speranza, but since he lives in the workshop, he is often regarded as an honorary part of the facility itself.

Whenever you head out for combat, provided your expedition lasts longer than one minute, Scrappy will generate Assorted Seeds and other random resources for you.

The longer your expedition lasts, and the higher Scrappy's level, the greater the quantity of items he will generate.

    How to upgrade workshop stations?

The seven stations are: Workbench, Gunsmith, Gear Bench, Medical Lab, Explosives Station, Utility Station, and Refiner. With the exception of Workbench, each of these stations can be upgraded to a maximum level of 3.

Many of the materials required for crafting and station upgrades can be obtained through scavenging during expeditions. And specific materials tend to appear more frequently when looting certain designated zones.

Furthermore, some materials drop specifically after defeating ARC enemies, such as Pop Trigger or Rocketeer Driver. There are also some materials that can only be obtained through crafting.

If you are a dedicated player, gathering these materials shouldn't be too difficult for you at this stage. However, a more efficient farming strategy is to set aside dedicated blocks of time to complete all the upgrade requirements for a specific station in a single round.

By doing so, you can immediately utilize that station to craft some decent gear, thereby boosting your character's power and allowing you to complete upgrades for your other stations even faster.

Alternatively, you can choose to buy ARC Raiders Station Materials on IGGM directly. We offer bundles tailored to the specific upgrade requirements of various stations, allowing you to trade freely based on your own needs!

    How to utilize Scrappy?

Scrappy can be upgraded to a maximum of Level 5. At each level, it generates an increasing amount of materials based on the duration of your raids. The specific time thresholds are 1, 6, and 15 minutes.

Below are the upgrade requirements (Level 1 Fledgling is the default tier and requires no materials):

    • Level 2 Forager: 1x Dog Collar
    • Level 3 Scavenger: 3x Lemon, 3x Apricot
    • Level 4 Treasure Hunter: 6x Prickly Pear, 6x Olives, 1x Cat Bed
    • Level 5 Master Hoarder: 12x Mushroom, 12x Apricot, 3x Very Comfortable Pillow

Previously, with the exception of seeds, the types of materials generated by Scrappy were entirely random.

However, following Flashpoint update, you can now feed Scrappy specific items to increase the probability of it generating particular types of materials; furthermore, the items generated may be of higher value.

Currently, the items that can be used as feed include: olives, fruit mix, mushroom, agave, apricot, lemon, and prickly pear.

New content from Riven Tides update

This update introduced four new items to the game: Powered Descender, Crash Mat, White Flag, and Dockmaster's Detector.

Of these, the first three can be obtained through crafting; specifically, only the first two require a separate blueprint to unlock. Their respective workshop requirements are as follows:

    • Powered Descender: Utility Station 3
    • Crash Mat: Utility Station 1
    • White Flag: Medical Lab 1

    The importance of workshop

Only by consistently upgrading the various functions of your workshop can you accelerate the process of farming high-tier blueprints and crafting more powerful gear.

In turn, this allows you to advance your game progression; otherwise, you risk missing out on exciting combat encounters due to a lack of adequate gear.

Will the workshop get more changes in the future?

As a fundamental yet uncomplicated game feature, the workshop is unlikely to undergo a drastic overhaul, nor is such a change necessary. The only plausible possibility is that a certain level of progress might be retained following an expedition.

Admittedly, having to go through the workshop upgrade process after every expedition can indeed feel a bit tedious.

However, precisely because this process is not particularly difficult, allowing players to retain their station levels would strip the reset mechanic of much of its intended significance.

That covers everything you need to know about utilizing and upgrading the workshop in ARC Raiders at this stage. We hope this information proves helpful to your gaming experience!

ARC Raiders Riven Tides Devs Explain Kernel AI Anti-Cheat, Accessibility Device and Manual Review

    Posted: May 09, 2026Views: 485

The anti-cheat team at the studio behind Arc Raiders released a detailed breakdown of the game's cheating issues on May 7, Ensuring Fair Play. Plenty of players, including several well-known streamers, have run into blatant cheaters during the recent Riven Tides update.

This has led not only to an awful match experience, but because of ban delays, some players have been unable to recover the kits they lost after being taken down by cheaters. In response to these frustrations, the developers have now openly shared their current anti-cheat setup, the difficulties they face, and the improvements they're working on.

ARC Raiders Riven Tides Devs Explain Kernel AI Anti-Cheat, Accessibility Device and Manual Review

    Anti-Cheat System

The new anti-cheat system is built on a combination of kernel-level protection and machine learning models. The team makes it clear that the kernel-level defense comes from Easy Anti-Cheat's kernel-level safeguards, supplemented by machine learning detection trained on an ongoing stream of player telemetry data. On top of that, they have several additional, undisclosed layers of protection to keep operations secure.

When it comes to why a kernel-level approach is necessary, the explanation is blunt: the vast majority of commercial cheats operate at the kernel level. Without access at that layer, developers are practically blind to the most damaging cheat tools. The development team is currently testing a new kernel-level solution that is expected to improve detection accuracy in map areas like Speranza and Rustbelt.

On the machine learning side, input telemetry analysis has become one of the most effective tools. Since the very beginning of the project, the team has been working with AI anti-cheat company, deploying a dedicated cluster of models specifically designed to identify anomalies in player input behavior.

You can think of this system as a driver AI—constantly analyzing vast amounts of data, drawing conclusions, and then taking action. Still, the biggest doubt shared by streamers and the community right now is whether this system is actually running at full efficiency. After all, judging by live streams and firsthand encounters, players who are obviously using aimbots or wallhacks still aren't getting banned in time.

    Accessibility Devices

One of the trickiest problems in anti-cheat work is how to handle Accessibility Devices that players rely on. The developers stress that those who depend on these devices to play the game must be protected. Because officially certified accessibility devices are often quite costly, many players turn to lesser-known alternatives in order to keep playing.

Additionally, many players use foot pedals and other peripherals for physical needs, but the driver software for these devices can sometimes trigger false positives in the anti-cheat system. This isn't unique to Arc Raiders; it has repeatedly happened in games like CoD as well. The key to solving this challenge lies in determining a player's Intent.

The anti-cheat system analyzes telemetry data and input communication patterns to distinguish legitimate assistive use from malicious abuse. The goal is to let players who genuinely need these devices continue playing without disruption, while precisely targeting cheaters who try to hide behind them. This process is being refined all the time, with the system continuously building knowledge of various assistive hardware to extend its detection range in a smarter and more reliable way.

    Manual Review and Bans

Unlike the automated handling seen in many games, the developers state that every single ban appeal is reviewed by an actual human. They see the appeal process as an area that needs constant investment, not a static system that's finished. Even though people filing an appeal still have to wait and will receive a standardized template response to keep handling consistent, the team genuinely reviews each case one by one to ensure fairness and uses the findings to repeatedly calibrate their existing detection models.

The team openly admits that after submitting an appeal, a player may get a formal reply that looks like an automated message, but this is just staff using a template to maintain consistency. Behind every appeal, a real person is investigating and verifying the facts to keep the game environment fair, while testing and refining the current anti-cheat systems and models.

For players, however, it's still unclear exactly how long the appeal process takes. For those watching a streamer get killed over and over by an obvious cheater, unable to even reclaim their gear kits, this kind of delay can drive them to quit the game entirely. The community's patience is wearing thin.

    Community

Faced with persistent cheating, the player community hopes the developers will assemble a small team of fewer than ten people whose sole task is to watch live streams featuring popular streamers during peak hours.

Once cheaters using aimbots or wallhacks are detected, they can be manually banned immediately. Even in the event of a misjudgment, a robust manual appeal mechanism can ultimately exonerate the innocent.

From a business perspective, when a streamer's broadcast attracts, repeated cheating could directly lead to the streamer switching games, resulting in a significant loss of fans for the game.

The positive public relations benefits of real-time manual intervention far outweigh the manpower costs. Considering the official team's size of approximately one hundred people, this small investment is easily manageable for them.

All in all, this Arc Raiders anti-cheat update from the developers is also a response to the increasingly rampant cheating inside the game. As time goes on, the multi-layered protection system will be gradually tuned to be more precise. Even though the current real-world results may not satisfy everyone, the fact that the developers are willing to openly talk about the difficulties and their roadmap is already an important step toward rebuilding player trust.

You probably don't want to be associated with cheaters. If you want to improve your skills in a fair and safe way, besides accumulating experience through raids, you can also choose to buy cheap Arc Raiders blueprints and items from IGGM to quickly equip yourself.

After all, acquiring items through trading to improve your strength is a very normal part of the game experience. Ultimately, the outcome of the game depends on your skill, not better equipment.

How to get every Legendary Item in ARC Raiders Riven Tides? | The Brutally fast method to grab every Legendary Blueprint

    Posted: May 06, 2026Views: 475

Legendary items in ARC Raiders are the ultimate chase for every player. While not every single one is incredibly useful, they hold the absolute highest worth.

For now, legendary items in ARC Raiders haven't become oversaturated, and with the release of Riven Tides, new legendary items have been added to the game. Finding them is no easy task. Let's look at where you can get each legendary item and blueprint.

How to Get Every Legendary Item in ARC Raiders Riven Tides? | The brutally fast method to grab every legendary blueprint

    Kinetic Converter

Kinetic Converter boosts your fire rate by 15%, but it also makes your weapon's recoil 20% worse. You can offset this penalty with other attachments. Currently, there is no blueprint for Kinetic Converter, so you'll need to farm the item directly. Here are four recommended locations.

    Riven Tides

The hotel on the far west side of the map, fourth floor, is a fantastic loot spot. When approaching the hotel from outside, you can use a zipline that always spawns to go straight up to the fourth floor, then head inside, turn right, and find the loot room.

Search all the red lockers and recycling bins in the room. Here, you have a very high chance of finding high-tier weapon attachments, including Kinetic Converter, Anvil Splitter, and even Snap Hooks.

    Damn Battlegrounds

Hydroponic Dome Complex contains both red lockers and destructible supply crates, making it a must-loot location.

If the area has already been cleared, head to Ruby Residence and Pale Apartment Buildings and look for any destructible crates and brown drawer cabinets.

    Buried City

You can go to the pharmacy near Piazza Arbosto. Open the door on the ground floor and search every drawer cabinet you can find, as well as any small white cabinet drawers.

The other pharmacy near Plaza Rosa and the adjacent Red Tower building are also good spots. Prioritize searching the brown drawer cabinets and small white cabinet drawers inside.

On the west side of the map, where the buildings are almost connected, there's an apartment building. Use a zipline or grappling hook to reach a nearby platform, then check the drawer cabinets inside. Any of these locations can yield what you're after.

    Spaceport

Head to the destructible room on the top floor of the container storage building, and the destructible room on the top floor of the vehicle maintenance building right next to it. Open every drawer and container in these sections - check everything.

After clearing those two buildings, go to the very top of the launch tower structure. On top of the southernmost tower, there's a destructible crate and some red lockers. Finally, the top floor of Trench Tower building is also worth hitting, though you may need a grappling hook.

    Anvil Splitter

Anvil Splitter splits your Anvil shot into four separate projectiles, similar to a mini shotgun. Each projectile deals less damage than a standard Anvil shot, but if you manage to land all four on a single target, the total damage actually ends up slightly higher.

There are currently no blueprints for either Anvil Splitter or Kinetic Converter, and you'll farm them in the same locations. If you want to improve your odds, try farming during night raids or when the map has the improved loot quality condition.

    Snap Hook

Snap Hook is one of the best and most fun quick-use items in the game. It essentially unlocks a whole new world of vertical mobility for you, and since you can put it back into your secure pocket after use, it's incredibly convenient.

Snap Hook blueprint is actually pretty easy to find. You just need to wait for Electromagnetic Storm event. On Dam Battleground map, head to Research and Administration Building - specifically the top-floor office cubicle area. Get there fast and check every desk drawer and all destructible crates in the area; they can all contain the blueprint.

    Matriarch Reactor & Queen Reactors

Matriarch Reactor and Queen Reactors are obtained in the same way. The primary method is to load into any map that has a Matriarch or Queen event. Find them, engage from a safe distance, and shoot and break the armor on their legs. The drops from those leg parts have a very high chance of containing a Matriarch Reactor or Queen Reactor.

Scrappy can also give you both types of reactors, but only when you feed it Fruit Mix. The odds are extremely small - you can basically treat it as an easter egg.

    Guitar

Guitar is a fun novelty item that serves no other purpose than letting you strum pleasant melodies anytime. You used to be able to get Guitar by completing a very fun in-game activity on Buried City map, but that method has now been removed.

The only way to get Guitar now is to trade for it from the merchant at Speranza, limited to one per day.

    Aphelion

Aphelion is an enhanced three-round burst rifle, with improvements focused on better recoil, faster aim-down-sight speed, and a slightly quicker fire rate. It is also the only legendary weapon in the game that can accept weapon attachments.

Aphelion blueprint used to be obtainable only by looting the core of a defeated Matriarch, which was highly contested. Now, in addition to that method, you can head to Stella Montis during night raids and open destructible containers, red lockers, or the green drawers on the sides of shipping containers. These spots may contain Aphelion blueprint.

    Equalizer and Jupiter

ARC Raiders blueprints for Equalizer and Jupiter are both found in Harvester map state. After entering the map, look for Harvester icon and make your way there - try not to get killed by Queen. Approach Harvester, breach the door, and enter.

Inside Harvester, you'll need to climb some platforms, then break open several small panels and search for three Power Cells. They can be inside any destructible area, though the game will often just place one on the ground for you.

Once you've collected all three cells, bring them to the center of Harvester, break open the slot beneath the central pillar, and insert the cells. When all three cells are inserted, many yellow buttons will spawn on the walls of the room. You need to shoot each button until it shatters completely - that solves the puzzle.

Afterwards, three loot crates will rise from the central pillar of Harvester. Inside these crates, you have a chance to find the blueprints for Equalizer and Jupiter.

    Dolabra

Dolabra is extremely rare and can only be found during Close Scrutiny event. During this event, Assessors will eventually drop from the sky. Simply put, you need to get close to one, break open one of its three pillars, and if you're lucky, it may contain Dolabra blueprint.

Those are all the ways to obtain every legendary item in Riven Tides update. Whether it's the items themselves or their blueprints, getting them to drop requires a bit of luck. But as long as you can quickly hit the loot spots, luck is bound to come your way sooner or later.

ARC Raiders Week 27 Trials Guide: How to complete the two new objective types?

    Posted: May 05, 2026Views: 531

One week after the launch of Riven Tides, ARC Raiders' various periodic updates have begun to return to a more consistent schedule. Accordingly, Week 27, which also marks Week 1 of the new Season Trials, went live on May 4th and will conclude one week later on May 11th.

This week's five Trial missions remain heavily combat-oriented; however, several features entirely new objective types never before seen in the game. These warrant your close attention, as overlooking their specific requirements could lead to errors or setbacks while attempting to complete the trials.

Below, we have provided a detailed breakdown of all Week 27 trial objectives to ensure you can complete them whenever you have the time.

ARC Raiders Week 27 Trials Guide: How to complete the two new objective types?

    Destroy Fireballs

If you haven't just recently joined the ranks of ARC Raiders, Fireball should be a familiar enemy type. Spherical, it is a heavily armored unit, making it difficult to penetrate, and its offensive power increases significantly at close range.

Once it spots you and decides to attack, Fireball will begin rolling forward; it then opens its front panel to extend a flamethrower, unleashing a stream of fire to inflict damage upon you.

If you are caught in the flames, you will continue to suffer burn damage over time, even after you have successfully destroyed Fireball.

However, for seasoned Raiders, defeating a Fireball is actually quite manageable, provided you employ the right tactics.

First, as previously mentioned, Fireball is a heavily armored adversary; the key to defeating it lies in destroying the core hidden beneath its plating.

Therefore, the optimal offensive strategy is to first maintain a safe distance between yourself and Fireball. Then, continuously fire at it using weapons chambered for medium or heavy ammunition to pierce through its armor until its vulnerable core is exposed.

If, due to the recent start of a new expedition cycle, you have not yet acquired weapons of this caliber, it's fast and safe t o buy ARC Raiders blueprints on IGGM to immediately craft any gear you urgently need!

Furthermore, during the engagement, to ensure you maintain a safe distance from Fireball and avoid being scorched by its flames, it is advisable to constantly utilize the evasive roll maneuver to stay mobile.

Destroy ARC Enemies in the Swamp

Although this mission confines the action to the swamp area within Dam Battlegrounds map, a relatively small zone, rest assured that the game will spawn a sufficient number of enemies within the allotted time to allow you to successfully complete the objective with a coveted three-star rating!

Furthermore, since there are no restrictions on enemy types, if you find that taking down high-point targets, such as Rocketeers and Leapers, is too difficult for you, you can choose to focus exclusively on easier enemies; the only downside is that doing so will take up more of your time.

It is crucial to note that the points you earn during this trial mission are only validated if you successfully extract from the map after eliminating your targets. Therefore, do not let your guard down once the fighting ends.

    Damage Any ARC Enemies

This is likely the least innovative objective in this week's trials, as you are effectively doing this during almost every single raid you undertake. The upside, however, is that it can be progressed simultaneously with other trial objectives.

For instance, while you are eliminating enemies in the swamp zone, you are also passively contributing to the progress of this specific objective.

Even if you haven't yet achieved a three-star rating for this task by the end of your last run, the amount of dedicated time you need to invest in it later will be significantly reduced.

On the other hand, beyond the final trial rewards, eliminating ARC enemies also yields various crafting materials dropped by the foes themselves, resources that are highly valuable for crafting additional gear at your current stage of progression.

Deal Melee Damage to ARC Enemies

Broadly speaking, this objective does not differ significantly from the previous one and can also be progressed concurrently.

However, the critical distinction lies in the requirement to deal melee damage, which effectively, albeit indirectly, imposes restrictions on the types of enemies you should target.

Theoretically, you could use appropriate weapons to deal melee damage to any enemy; however, if you target a particularly fragile ARC unit, such as a Tick, you will probably eliminate it after dealing only a minuscule amount of damage.

Since the key to this objective lies in the total damage dealt rather than the number of enemies killed, the most efficient strategy is to prioritize larger, high-health enemies.

These larger foes allow you to directly latch onto them and launch attacks, ensuring that every hit registers as melee damage.

Furthermore, the sheer amount of damage required to take down a single one of these enemies is substantial, more than enough to help you successfully complete this trial objective.

    Search Kitchen Cabinets

Much like the melee damage objective, the task of searching kitchen cabinets is a new type of objective introduced in this week's trials. This specific task requires you to locate and search a sufficient number of cabinets across any of the available maps.

Inevitably, while undertaking this task, you will encounter randomly roaming ARC units as well as rival PvP players who are also vying for the loot hidden within those cabinets.

Therefore, you should remain fully prepared for combat at all times. Generally speaking, kitchen cabinets can be found on all maps; however, the areas where they spawn most frequently include:

    • Dam Battlegrounds: Apartment Buildings.
    • Buried City: A second-floor kitchen within Santa Maria Houses.
    • Stella Montis: Medical Research and Security Office.

That covers everything you need to know to complete all of this week's trials. In fact, it shouldn't be difficult for most experienced players to accomplish; even if you are a beginner, simply following this guide step-by-step should ensure you have no major issues! Good luck!

ARC Raiders Riven Tides Beachcombing Guide: How to Farm Rare Blueprints & More High-Value Resources? Stop Shooting, Start Digging!

    Posted: May 03, 2026Views: 639

Tired of the high-intensity firefights in Riven Tides? Why not try your hand at being a beachcomber instead? Have you noticed? The new Beachcombing map condition recently added to ARC Raiders is actually quite fascinating. You can grab a metal detector and head to the coast to try your luck; that sense of accomplishment, digging up rare treasures after hearing that telltale beep-beep-beep, is truly even more addictive than going head-to-head in direct combat!

Compared to the nerve-wracking pace of previous firefights, this treasure-hunting mode brings a refreshing change of pace to Riven Tides. Want to know how to make a quick fortune along the coast while Beachcombing map condition is active? This guide is all you need, we've highlighted all the key points just for you!

ARC Raiders Riven Tides Beachcombing Guide: How to Farm Rare Blueprints & More High-Value Resources? Stop Shooting, Start Digging!

    Unlocking Dockmaster's Detector

However, before you can start your treasure hunt, you need to acquire a specific piece of gear: Dockmaster's Detector. This is the key tool that helps you quickly identify buried treasures on the beach; whenever there is loot nearby, the detector will emit a beeping sound and flash yellow.

There are two ways to obtain Dockmaster's Detector in ARC Raiders: The first method is to simply pick one up directly within the game world. When Beachcombing map condition is active, you can find these detectors inside shipping containers located in the coastal zones, or scattered in other corners of the map, it all comes down to your luck! The second method is to obtain one by completing the first phase of the new Player Project introduced in Riven Tides.

Completing Phase 1 of Avian Alarm Project

That's right, the new Player Project we're referring to here is Avian Alarm. In fact, this Beachcombing event is closely tied to Avian Alarm Project, and the reward for completing its first phase is none other than a Dockmaster's Detector.

It's worth noting that the process of completing this first-phase objective feels very much like undertaking a standard side quest.

First, head to Seabed zone located at the southern edge of Riven Tides map. Scattered throughout Seabed area, you will find numerous buoys. These buoys are massive metal structures that typically stand at a tilted angle within the seabed terrain. Any one of these buoys can serve as your designated objective for the mission.

Next, as you approach one of the buoys, a blue holographic marker will appear, indicating the exact spot where you need to place the bird trap. Simply interact with it to complete this objective.

Upon returning to Base Speranza, all you need to do is confirm and submit your mission progress at the terminal. If you haven't already picked up Dockmaster's Detector elsewhere on the map, the system will now award it to you as a mission reward, along with 25 Raider Tokens!

    ARC Raiders Dockmaster's Detector

    How to pinpoint the treasure?

Once you have Dockmaster's Detector, head straight for Seabed area. Note that the darker sections of the map represent restricted zones; however, a line of buoys serves as a clear marker, delineating No Entry boundaries or the edge of the map.

Next, follow this route until you reach Wave Breaker area. This entire zone is teeming with loot just waiting to be unearthed.

If you have the detector equipped, an energy bar will appear on your screen, accompanied by a rhythmic beeping sound. As you draw closer to a buried object, the frequency of the beeps will accelerate, and the pitch will rise.

When the beeping reaches its most rapid, high-pitched intensity, stop in your tracks and slowly rotate 360 degrees. When the indicator bar turns green, it signifies that the treasure is directly beneath your feet; simply press the interaction key to begin digging.

However, keep in mind that Dockmaster's Detector consumes energy with each use; once the energy bar is depleted, you must wait for it to automatically recharge before you can resume your search.

How to pinpoint the treasure in ARC Raiders Beachcombing?

    Digging for Loot

I must warn you: don't expect to unearth nothing but goodies. Occasionally, you may dig up something truly nightmarish, a dangerous threat that will make your skin crawl. Therefore, you must remain constantly vigilant while engaging in this activity.

    Rare Chests

The most coveted find during your excavation is the blue suitcase. Additionally, you stand a chance of unearthing various Raider Caches, weapon crates, and even ARC Raiders blueprints. Since the chests yielded during Beachcombing are generally of a higher tier, this method ranks as one of the best ways to farm for weapons and blueprints.

    Ship Models

Another key reward to look out for during the digging process is Ship Models. During Last Resort event, held from April 28 to May 25, players can earn Merits to unlock a series of brand-new cosmetic items and in-game resources. Collecting these Ship Models is one of the key methods for accumulating more Merits:

    • Wind Sprite: 5 Merits
    • Twilight Compass: 10 Merits
    • Velocity: 25 Merits
    • Sirena Dorata: 50 Merits
    • Leviathan's Crown: 250 Merits

It is highly recommended that you do not immediately sell any Ship Models you unearth to the in-game store. It is very likely that subsequent stages of Avian Alarm event will require you to submit these Ship Models as quest materials.

    Potential Threats

As previously mentioned, there is a chance that digging will trigger traps or attract enemies, specifically Mines, as well as ARC Ticks and Leapers.

If you unearth a Mine, you must dodge out of the way immediately; otherwise, it will instantly obliterate approximately one-quarter of your total health and shields. As for Ticks and Leapers, while these small units rarely pose a serious threat to your survival, they are undeniably annoying. Therefore, please remain alert to ambient sounds while digging to avoid inadvertently attracting them.

    Survival Strategies & Gear Selection

Finally, there is one last point to consider before venturing into this area: the terrain here is extremely open and offers absolutely no natural cover. Consequently, you may occasionally find yourself completely exposed to enemy fire with nowhere to take shelter, or even nowhere to run.

In such situations, equipping a Photoelectric Cloak is an excellent choice. However, keep in mind that the developers recently nerfed this item; its duration is no longer quite as long as it used to be. Even so, it should still be more than sufficient to help you extricate yourself from immediate danger.

If Photoelectric Cloak isn't an option, you might consider using a few Smoke Grenades to provide cover for your retreat. As for weaponry, a Hullcracker and a Renegade are all you need to fully enjoy your treasure-hunting expedition.

In summary, Beachcombing introduces an entirely new dynamic to ARC Raiders Riven Tides map. It serves not only as a prime opportunity to acquire high-tier blueprints and a wealth of coins, but also offers players a progression path that is imbued with a genuine sense of exploration and discovery.

Grab your detector and keep an ear out for those beeps, but don't forget: while you're scouring the ground for treasure, always keep an eye on the skies above for incoming ARC aircraft. May every Raider return from the beaches of Riven Tides with a bountiful haul!

How to Farm All 4 new ARC Raiders Riven Tides Blueprints without Wasting Time? | Crash Mat, Powered Descender, White Flag, and Tactical Mk.3 Smoke

    Posted: Apr 30, 2026Views: 1181

ARC Raiders Riven Tides update is finally live. Along with a new map, a new ARC enemy and a wave of fresh content, it also introduces four brand-new items - and each one has a corresponding blueprint waiting to be collected.

The four additions in this update are: Crash Mat, Powered Descender, White Flag, and Tactical Mk. 3 (Smoke). Right now, the best map to hunt for them is Riven Tides, and they aren't particularly difficult to track down. Let's take a look at the spots where you're most likely to come across them.

How to Farm All 4 new ARC Raiders Riven Tides Blueprints without Wasting Time? | Crash Mat, Powered Descender, White Flag, and Tactical Mk.3 Smoke

    Crash Mat

    Function

Crash Mat is a Rare throwable. Toss it on the ground and it rapidly inflates into an air cushion. Landing on the mat reduces fall damage, but it won't make you immune to harm - so it won't save your life if you leap from an extreme height.

One advantage of Crash Mat is that it can be used mid-fall; activating it before you've covered roughly half the drop distance will take effect. Overall, this item is fairly average in power, but when you happen to pick one up or carry one along, it can genuinely help you suffer less fall damage.

    Blueprint Location

Crash Mat blueprint is likely one of the most common drops on the new map. You can find it in practically any regular container - suitcase, trash cans, and especially lockers, with lockers being notably efficient.

The best farming spot on the new map is without a doubt Port Authority Building, where a room behind a standard door is packed with lockers. Tennis Court area also has quite a few lockers, making it a strong secondary location.

Additionally, map conditions do not seem to affect the drop rate. Riven Tides only features Night Raid condition, but the chance of finding Crash Mat blueprint is about the same as in a normal match.

    Powered Descender

    Function

Powered Descender also counters fall damage, but it's way cooler than Crash Mat. It provides a noticeable deceleration effect while you're falling, drastically reducing damage - and from certain heights, you can land completely unharmed.

To use it, you must activate it while airborne. Your character will descend more slowly and touch down more softly. However, the device doesn't have a long energy reserve; if you keep it active for too long, it will cut out and drop you straight down. Mastering the timing of activation is therefore critical.

Activating it earlier slows you down sooner but drains energy faster; activating too late leaves insufficient time to slow down enough. Generally, the higher the drop, the slightly later you should activate it. Moreover, the device follows the shared cooldown mechanic for charged items. If you use Snap Hook or Photoelectric Cloak at the same time, Powered Descender's energy will also be consumed, so make sure its energy is fully charged beforehand.

Powered Descender lets you jump down from any height, saving a great deal of time. That said, it isn't built for every altitude. The highest spots on the new map have been tested and work, but jumping from Launch Tower in Spaceport would probably exceed its limits.

    Blueprint Location

Powered Descender blueprint is slightly rarer than Crash Mat, but still not terribly hard to locate. It shares the exact same drop pool as the crash mat blueprint, and the best spots are once again Port Authority Building and Tennis Court. It may take a little longer, but you'll definitely secure it in the end.

    White Flag

    Function

White Flag is a very interesting tool for signaling that you are a peaceful player who means no harm and simply wants to survive in this world. You can place it in your quick slot and walk around holding it, plant it somewhere, or wave it to show a more overtly friendly gesture.

Unfortunately, White Flag cannot be attached to your backpack; you must keep it in your hand at all times for others to see it. This slows your movement speed and stops you from equipping other items, which feels a bit awkward.

    Blueprint Location

Although it's a simple little object, White Flag blueprint is much harder to track down than the two items above. And I still can't quite understand why raiders need a blueprint to make what is essentially a kindergarten craft - a piece of white cloth tied to a stick.

White Flag blueprint can spawn in trash cans, suitcase or lockers, but its most frequent source is the beach area of Riven Tides, through excavation activities tied to Dockmaster's Detector. Dockmaster's Detector can be obtained directly by accepting a new mission. If you happen to lose it, you can pick it up elsewhere, and there is no blueprint to craft it.

If the event isn't active or you'd rather not dig, you can still open regular containers and lockers to look for it, though the efficiency will certainly be lower.

    Tactical Mk. 3 (Smoke)

    Function

Tactical Mk. 3 (Smoke) is an upgraded version of Tactical Mk. 2. Its special ability is exactly the same: when your shield breaks, it automatically generates a cloud of smoke. But don't assume that a higher tier means a beefed-up smoke effect - it's not thicker or larger. The only improvements are an added implant slot, a secure pocket slot, two regular inventory slots, and a weight increase of 5 points.

So while this piece of gear isn't a game-changer, it remains quite useful in PvP. The smoke effect's value endures, and the extra weight is a nice bonus.

    Blueprint Location

Tactical Mk. 3 (Smoke) blueprint is surprisingly easy to obtain because it shares the exact same drop locations as all other Augment blueprints. Those are the familiar Stella Montis Lobby (during Night events), and the destructible security room at the bottom of The Blue Gate's underground Security Wing - specifically the room behind the destructible door. Map conditions don't matter much: Night, Electromagnetic Storm, Hurricane, and Closed Gate all work. During the day, there is still a chance for it to drop, but the odds are noticeably lower.

It's not a difficult blueprint to find. The only annoyance is that you'll likely collect a pile of other Augment blueprints you already own first, since they all share the same pool. Whether you find this one early simply comes down to luck.

Those are all the methods for acquiring each of the four new item blueprints in this update. You can be assured that by farming these locations, you'll quickly acquire all four blueprints, as none of them are truly ultra-rare drops.
