  • Fallout 76: Why The Commando Build Plays A Crucial Role In The Wastelanders Expansion?

    Posted: Apr 24, 2024

Today, our discussion delves into the pivotal importance of the Commando build in Fallout 76, particularly for both newcomers and seasoned veterans navigating the new Wastelanders expansion. One of the things that new players have to understand in Fallout 76 is that you have to plan your build because you can't specialize in every weapon like you can in Fallout 3 or 4.

    Legendary Perk Card Slots

Now, something that was added to Fallout 76 that will definitely help you out with your builds out there in the Wasteland is called Legendary Perk card slots, and this was introduced back in the One Wasteland for all updates. Now, you may be wondering when you're going to get these Legendary Perk card slots.

The first one unlocks at Level 50, the next one at 75, the next one at 100, then 150, then 200, and the final Legendary Perk card slot gets unlocked at Level 300. And while there are a lot of Legendary Perk cards that you can choose from to put in these slots, most Vault Dwellers out there in the Wastelanders choose the Legendary Perk cards that increase your Special stats.

As a note, 15 is the maximum number of skill points that you can put into a special stat when assigning perk cards, but if you have your luck maxed out at 15 and you take the Legendary Luck and max it all the way out, you can actually get a +5 to your Luck that way. In your Pip-Boy, it'll show that your Legendary Luck is a 20 instead of a 15.

    Punch Card Machine

Another great thing that was added to Fallout 76 during the Locked and Loaded update was the punch card machine that unlocks for Vault Dwellers at level 25 and is free to place at your Camps, costing no components. These also can be found at many locations, like the Nuka-World on Tour, the Whitespring mall, and at every single train station out there in the Wastelanders.

Now, what this punch card machine allows you to do is to change your special stats inside of a build and also equip and un-equip perk cards that you have in that build loadout. You can also get a second perk card loadout that you can switch to in the punch card machine at Level 25 for free, and more perk card loadout slots can be bought from the Atomic Shop. Sometimes there are deals on these extra loadout slots.

    Commando Build

I mainly recommend the Commando build and it’s absolutely wonderful to use out there in the Wastelanders. It does a lot of damage. And using this weapon is absolutely wonderful. It does a lot of damage whether you’re in the West Tek, you’re over at the Whitespring, or anywhere out in the Wastelanders. Before you give it a shot, make sure to bring along some Fallout 76 Bottle Caps!

The great thing about this as well is when use the Anti-Armor 50 crit 25% less Elder's Mark, it also does a lot of work. Something that you may not know about the third-star legendary effect on weapons in Fallout 76 is the 15% fire rate crit. It’s going to need the Legendary Luck to be 25 for every other shot that you land to be a critical, and the 25% fewer VATS is going to need your Legendary Luck to be 33 to have the same effect.

Weapons and builds absolutely mesh together, but the builds in Fallout 76 matter more than the weapons. There are meta weapons to use that can pair with this Commando build and do so much more damage than the Pipe rifle or the Handmade rifle.

  • WOW Classic SOD: Check Out The Rogue Build Centered On The Saber Slash Rune In Phase 3

    Posted: Apr 24, 2024

This time, I'd like to offer a brief introduction to the buffs of Saber Slash rune recently announced in WoW Classic Season of Discovery Phase 3. I'll then show you the build of this rune and go over the talents setup, other rune choices, BiS and pre-raid weapon options for the Saber Slash build, as well as outline the rotation.

    Saber Slash Update

The Saber Slash is changed from 3 stacks to 5 stacks, but the damage of the bleed at maximum stacks remains unchanged. Each stack of Saber Slash is now going to provide a substantial increase to the damage of your Saber Slash and Sinister Strike abilities used on that target. Given the right circumstances, this damage increase should put the Saber Slash a bit ahead of the Mutilate builds.

    How To Maximize Its Power?

Let's dive into the specific conditions that can make Saber Slash effective. Firstly, having Thistle Tea available is crucial. Saber Slash requires significant ramp-up time to reach its maximum potential of 5 stacks, and Thistle Tea significantly speeds up this process.

Secondly, Saber Slash performs best in fights with minimal target switching and a duration of at least 1 minute. Avoid situations like the third boss encounter with 6 different trolls, where frequent target swapping occurs, as the Saber Slash won't excel in such scenarios.

Third, the Saber Slash relies heavily on the Honor Among Thieves head rune, which depends on your teammates. If your teammates frequently die or stop attacking, they won't generate combo points, weakening the effectiveness of Honor Among Thieves and, consequently, the Saber Slash spec. And with the help of SOD Gold, you can make full use of the updated Saber Slash rune.

    Talents & Runes

Here's the recommended the talent: Invest 32 points in the Assassination talent tree and allocate 9 points in Combat. The Assassination tree offers compelling talents, particularly with the Deadly Brew rune. Vile Poisons and Improved Poisons are key talents, compelling us to heavily invest in the Assassination talent tree.

The Relentless Strikes on the third tier prove to be another invaluable talent. Opting for full ranks of Seal Fate in this build enhances our ability to generate more combo points, which addresses a slight deficiency in this build. Prioritize Improved Sinister Strike to reduce the energy cost of both Sinister Strike and Saber Slash. Allocate 4 points in Precision to secure a noteworthy DPS boost.

For our rune, we have Honor Among Thieves and Deadly Brew rune. Carnage on the wrist is going to be automatically activated by Saber Slash, our hand rune. We don't have to cast Ruptures or Garrotes to get the Carnage rune. For the waist, we've got Shadowstep for added mobility, for legs is the Rune of Venom, an amazing finishing move, and for our feet is the Master of Subtlety.

    Weapon Choices

Next, let's delve into the weapons. The top picks for a Saber Slash build are Dragon's Cry and Degraded Dire Nail for an Orc, or Dragon's Cry and Inventor's Focal Sword for a Human. You can also consider the other weapon set: Cobra Fang Claw and Serpent’s Striker. While this setup is comparable in power to the Dragon's Cry combo.

For the Blood Moon, prioritize acquiring the Bloodied Sword of Speed for Horde. Alliance players can obtain the White Bone Shredder from the Bone-Bladed Weapon Quests in Orgrimmar. Head to Maraudon for the Inventor's Focal Sword from Tinkerer Gizlock. Although soloing Tinkerer Gizlock might be challenging, teaming up with another Rogue can make it feasible, allowing both of you to loot the swords and be on your way.

As for off-hand weapons, there's a variety of options available, all of which are relatively comparable. I recommend the Inventor's Focal Sword and White Bone Shredder, which rank near the top of the list and aren't overly difficult to acquire.

    Rotation

For the rotation, the focus is on building up to 5 Saber Slashes on the target. Begin in stealth and activate all temporary attack power bonuses like Blood Fury, your alchemy potion, and the Roar of the Guardian trinket.

Then execute 3 Saber Slashes to deplete your energy to zero. Quickly replenish to 100 energy and perform another Saber Slash, reaching 5 stacks or combo points for the Slice and Dice. This entire opener comprises 6 global cooldowns and is ideally executed within 6 seconds with the aid of Thistle Tea, ensuring no energy shortage.

Without Thistle Tea, reaching the fifth Saber Slash and activating the Slice and Dice may take 12 to 13 seconds, significantly slowing down the ramp-up. Once the Slice and Dice is active and 5 Saber Stacks are achieved, maintain the Saber Slash debuff with one Saber Slash, followed by 1 to 2 Sinister Strikes and 2 to 3 points from Honor Among Thieves to reach 5 combo points.

Cast either an Eviscerate or a Slice and Dice. It's essential to maintain full uptime of Slice and Dice while maximizing the Envenom casts, ensuring optimal damage output throughout the fight.

  • New World: The Fire Staff Builds Reach New Heights With Nature's Wrath & Gems In Season 5

    Posted: Apr 24, 2024

Greetings, fellow players! In today's discussion, we're diving deep into the reasons why Fire Staff builds stand out in New World Season 5. Our focus will be on the Nature's Wrath, a pivotal element within these builds.

I'll meticulously examine every aspect to showcase the formidable power of this newly introduced artifact and some excellent gems, along with highlighting some remarkable synergies with the Fire Staff. So, without further ado, let's delve into it!

    About Nature's Wrath

The Nature's Wrath, which is a new artifact if you haven't played in New World Season 5, that increases your base damage by 20% at the cost of never being able to gain a temporary Empower, the weird interaction with this, with Fire Staff, is that it actually has no net nerf to Fire Staff. It is very necessary to carry some New World Coins with you so that you can deal with other situations.

Because 3 sources of Empowers in Fire Staff are all not temporary Empowers, they're conditional Empowers, and conditional Empowers are not stripped by this effect. So, Fire Staff can essentially gain 20% base damage for free, which results in it doing more damage.

For the Nature's Wrath, you have to make a choice there where you're trading off some sort of burst that you would be getting from Empower for more consistency that you'd be getting from base damage. Empower for most weapons that are Elemental. You can typically have 14% associated with the damage ring of the Elemental.

In this case, it would be a fire damage ring, and 7% associated with a Powerful Honing Stone, which brings you to 14. Add on the 10% that you'd be getting from a Runeglass by putting in a Runeglass in all your armor, you're up to 24. And then you add on these 2 extra 5%, then you're up to 34. You can add on the extra 20% that you get from Runes of Helios, and you're over that Empower cap.

    Runeglass Gems

Another thing that kind of compounds with this problem is the advantage of Runeglass that Elemental damage-oriented weapons have. Runeglass from an elemental variant does Empower, and it has no active cooldown. It is a bigger value than it is for melee-oriented classes.

Melee-oriented classes gain 1% base damage. It has a 1 second activation cooldown, versus something like the Fire Staff gains 2% in power, and it has no activation cooldown. So, Fire Staff is twice as powerful in terms of pure stats alone. Because you're gaining base damage, you need more Empower to get near that cap to maximize your damage overall.

This is like a wonderful source of that everyone takes as a sacrifice to your armor rating. You drop from 2.5% on a typical gem to 2% for the armor rating. Elemental weapons inherently have an advantage with this, and people are using this with the Fire Staff to do incredible amounts of damage. They can essentially hit the Empower cap.

    Jasper Gem

The Jasper is fixed in terms of Runeglass. Jasper is the best way to increase your Empower in New World Season 5. All you have to do is put it into your gem slot, and you will gain 24% Empower, which will consistently put you at or near the Empower cap for most weapons. This allows you to deal more damage than base damage.

Essentially, maximizing each individual bucket results in more damage. That's why it's usually beneficial for certain weapons to not solely invest in base damage. It's better to maximize power. It's something that people can do to maximize damage on their builds in the game.

  • FFXIV: A Comprehensive Guide On Combat UI Setting - Layout & Status Effect Explained

    Posted: Apr 24, 2024

In this guide, we’ll cover how to read Combat UI setting in Final Fantasy XIV, learn the details of each status effect display, and how to interpret enemy aggro. Whether you’re a new player looking to learn something new or a seasoned veteran, this guide will be helpful. Let’s get straight to it!

    Target Bar

Let’s take a look at the target bar first. As long as you have a target, the target bar will be displayed. The target bar displays your target name and its current target. Whenever your target uses a skill, a progress bar will appear to indicate its casting time.

Shadowbringers introduces interruptible actions. When your enemy uses an ability that can be interrupted, the progress bar will flash a redder color. At this time, you can use skills such as Head Graze and Interject to interrupt and cancel the action.

Besides displaying the target’s health as a bar, you can enable an option in the character configuration settings that also display the target’s health as a percentage. I recommend doing this because it’s less intrusive and gives you a more accurate idea of your target’s current health at a glance.

Any status effects your target has will appear below its health bar. Note that status effects shaped like arrow pointing down are harmful to the target, while arrow pointing up effects are beneficial.

Some effects have a countdown number that indicates the number of seconds remaining before the effect expires. If the number is green, it means you caused the impact. If the number is white, someone else has caused the effect. Whenever you have a focus target, the same information in the target bar is always copied in compact form.

By default, your own current status effect is displayed at the top of HUD. Likewise, arrows pointing up mean they are good for you, while arrows pointing down mean they are bad.

If you want to customize how these effects are displayed, HUD Editor allows you to tailor it to your liking and even split the display of effects by type. If you have a beneficial effect and for some reason want to remove it, you can actually do that by right-clicking on it with your mouse or clicking on it with a controller and calling it using the confirm button.

    Party List

By default, Party list is displayed on the left side of the screen. It displays basic information such as your party members’ health, abilities they may be using, and any status effects affecting them.

If you would like to increase or decrease the number of status effects displayed by each party member, you can change this setting in the character configuration settings. Status effects with numbers in the upper right corner are stackable. This means that each status effect will be different, but the common mechanism is that when a threshold is reached, a new effect will be triggered.

Note that any debuff with a blue bar on it can be removed with Esuna. So if you are playing a healer job, keep an eye out for these as you will be responsible for removing them.

Just like status effects on your target, the time remaining before a squad member’s status effect wears off on its own will be displayed as a countdown value. If you don’t see this, you can turn it on in the role configuration settings.

If the player currently has a protective damage barrier, a yellow bar will appear next to or above the player’s current health bar. Damage taken will first lower the barrier before reaching health.

When you have an enemy target, the party list will show your party members’ aggro against the target in two different ways.

First, a small bar will be displayed below each team member’s job icon. The fuller the bars, the more your target wants a piece of them. Additionally, you will see a numbered grade next to the bar, ranging from 8 to 1 or the letter A. The lower the number, the higher the aggro the player will receive from your target. The letter A means your target is actively targeting that party member.

    Enmity List

Speaking of aggro, let’s take a look at Enmity list that is displayed below Party list by default. Enmity list shows all enemies you are currently fighting. It will again display basic information such as the enemy’s current health and any abilities they are currently using.

There will be a colored icon next to the enemy’s name, indicating the amount of aggro the enemy currently has against you. Green means they are not interested in you. A yellow or orange triangle means you’re a little annoyed with them, while the direction of the triangle indicates whether your aggro level is rising or falling. Red means they will attack you directly or within a range.

So, if you’re playing a tank job, you’ll generally want them to be red. But if you’re playing a healer or DPS job in your party, you’d better hope they’re green, otherwise you’ll die easily. Therefore, it’s important to be prepared and spend FFXIV Gil to buy a health potion before you start.

    Alliance List

Whenever you are in an instance of multi-party alliances, Alliance list is displayed. You’ll be able to view the current health of alliance members, but each party member can also display two additional metrics.

Red arrows pointing down indicate that the alliance member has at least one debuff. A red frame around a member indicates that they are the target of your current hostile target.

So, looking back at the party list, you’ll see that in this case, the highest aggro level for any member of your party will be 1, not the letter A, since your targeting is focused on alliance members.

    Flying Text & Pop-up Text

The last thing we want to discuss is how to interpret damage and healing numbers in combat. There are two different number types: Flying text and Pop-up text. You can enable or disable them independently in role configuration settings.

Flying text represents healing, damage, or status effects caused or received by your character. When you heal or damage a target, numbers flying up on the screen will indicate the amount of healing. When you are the recipient of healing or damage, numbers will fly down.

Healing, damage, or status effects affecting members of your party are indicated by Pop-up text. This text color also has meaning. The damage you deal to the target is shown in orange. Damage taken by you or a party member is shown in red. Restored HP or MP appears in green.

Starting with patch 6.3, damage numbers also include an icon indicating the type of damage dealt. This can be physical, magical, or unique damage. Among them, a large text represents a direct hit. An even larger text and an exclamation point represents a critical hit. Finally, the critical direct hit uses two exclamation points.

That concludes this guide. I hope this has been helpful to you. As always, continue your adventure!

  • WOW Cataclysm Classic: Completing These 7 Things Will Give You A Head Start On The New Expansion!

    Posted: Apr 24, 2024

WOW Cataclysm Classic has finally announced an official release date, with its pre-patches and release arriving much earlier than we expected.

WOW Cataclysm pre-patch will be released on April 30th. It will start with playable Goblins and Worgen and include numerous class changes, entire shattered world revamp, transmog and gear stat changes.

The full Cataclysm will be officially released on May 20th and will include 7 new zones, 9 new dungeons, 3 raid dungeons, a new Tol Barad PVP Zone and flying in Azeroth, and more.

Such an early release means players have limited time to make last-minute preparations. So, if you’re planning to play WOW Cataclysm Classic and want to start your new experience as early as possible, these are the seven things you should consider first.

    Level Up Your Main Class

I think the most recommended thing to do first on anyone’s list is to simply upgrade any class you are interested in playing Cataclysm Classic with.

Because every class in the game will undergo a series of changes from Wrath to Cataclysm. Classes such as Hunters and Paladins will receive some more obvious changes, such as a new resource system.

Additionally, many of our favorite classes have access to some of the most well-known class abilities from WOW Retail, such as Rogue’s Smoke Bomb, Druid’s Stampeding Roar, Warrior’s Heroic Leap, and Priest’s Leap of Faith.

This is great for leveling up your character, and also allows you to benefit from the active XP buff in WotLK Classic, which gives you an additional 50% XP buff, making leveling up even faster.

Another advantage of leveling up your characters now rather than after Cataclysm pre-patch is that all the old areas remain intact and haven’t been converted with Cataclysm world revamp. So if you prefer the old version of Azeroth to Cataclysm world revamp version, now is the perfect time to complete all those old quest lines.

Prepare To Upgrade Your New Race Combinations

However, upgrading after Cataclysm is pre-patched is another option. Because Cataclysm does extend to more race class combinations, creating a lot of new playable options. Such as Human Hunters, Night Elf Mages, Warlocks, and Shaman for Alliance, and Tauren Paladin, Troll Warlock, and Blood Elf Warrior for Horde.

In Cataclysm, you also get two new race options in the pre-patch: Worgen for Alliance and Goblins for Horde.

So if you’re more interested in upgrading these types of new race combinations in pre-patch, you can still make some preparations ahead of time to ensure these characters get a strong lead once Cataclysm pre-patch launches.

The best way is to start saving up WOW Cataclysm Classic Gold for Pre Raid Gear early so that you can level up those characters as quickly as possible once the pre-patch finally arrives.

    Prepare Your Professions In Advance

Another thing you should do before WOW Cataclysm is complete all your professions in advance. Because whether you want to earn tons of gold early on through Herbalism, Mining, and Alchemy, or you want to make more endgame progress to stay ahead of the competition, the profession plays a key role.

Currently, you can easily find many items related to professions in the auction house. But once Cataclysm officially launches on May 20, more players will start paying attention to the new tier of collection materials, which will be more expensive. Because they are in outrageous demand.

    Collect Certain Wrath Mounts

Plus, now this is probably your best chance to get some of the rarer items before they disappear completely with the release of Cataclysm.

Once Cataclysm is fully launched, certain mounts, such as Swift Zulian Tiger and Swift Razzashi Raptor, will become unobtainable. And because of changes in the instance of Zul’Gurub, many rewards from Wrath will be harder to obtain than they are now. So if you want to collect these mounts early, now might be a good time to do so.

    Collect Transmog Items

WOW Cataclysm will be an expansion packed with features, including a new Tol Barad PVP Zone, a bunch of new dungeons, tons of class changes, and better ways to itemize your characters through recasting. But among all these features, none can match Transmog.

In fact, it is a system that allows you to modify the appearance of items. We will choose the visual effect of the item. Transmog system is very similar to the one in Retail WoW in that the items you acquire are permanently added to your collection without having to hold on to the item.

This allows you to change the appearance of any item you are currently wearing to any item in your collection. While it does have some limitations, it also provides players with a fair amount of creativity.

You can start collecting Transmog items in Wrath now while you wait for Cataclysm pre-patch, and temporarily store any items you’re interested in adding to your collection in your bank. These items will be added to your collection once Cataclysm is officially launched.

    Complete Plunderstorm Event

The sixth item on the list will be to complete Plunderstorm Event rewards before they disappear.

This is a new game mode currently available to all players with a World of WarCraft subscription. In this battle royale game, you can kill elites, loot Plunder spells and abilities and survive. If you can do it, you will become King of Hell.

When you play Plunderstorm, you will earn Plunders, which will be converted into reputation in Plunderstorm Faction. Basically, it’s kind of like some kind of reputation grinding, but rewards you with cosmetic pets and even mounts.

Most Plunderstorm items are exclusive to Retail and Dragonflight, and some of the more sought-after items can also be found in WOW Classic. If you’ve done most of the preparation before Cataclysm launches, you can start working on Plunderstorm rewards now before they disappear so you can stockpile enough gold to buy flying before Cataclysm launches.

    Store Gold

It is worth noting that flying will be added to Eastern Kingdoms and Kalimdor areas in Cataclysm to help expand your flying capabilities. Not only will you move faster in the open world, but it will also be easier to get from area to area.

But unlocking flying requires some gold. So until Cataclysm is released, grinding enough gold should be your first priority.

If you have enough availability, gold will eventually become a useful currency throughout the expansion. Whether you want to purchase leveling items, upgrade all your spells and abilities, retrain your character talents for the endgame, or you’re simply speedrunning professions.

Anyway, that’s it for this Cataclysm preparation guide. I hope this expansion will allow us to see a ton of changes that will make it a better experience than the original version. Let’s wait and see!

  • Elder Scrolls Online: These Tank Sets Coming In Gold Road Deserve Your Attention!

    Posted: Apr 23, 2024

Welcome, fellow players! This time, I'll be reviewing some of the tank-related changes that appear in the upcoming Gold Road chapter in the patch notes of Elder Scrolls Online. Let me start by telling you that the Necromancer's Restoring Tether ability is receiving a 14% healing boost, aiming to align it more closely with similar healing abilities according to ESO spreadsheets.

    Blood Magic

The Sorcerer's Blood Magic also receives a significant buff. Previously, this passive restored 10% of max HP whenever you dealt damage with a dark magic ability. From a tank's perspective, this meant you'd only proc Crystal Weapon, and then your next 2 light attacks would heal you for 10% of max HP. Now, it triggers whenever you cast a non-free dark magic ability.

While it's a slight nerf for Crystal Weapon as it only procs once per cast instead of twice, you'll now also heal for 10% whenever you cast Firebrand, Shout, Dark Deal, and Daedric Refuge, which adds up, especially since Dark Deal and Vibrant Shroud already provide healing.

    Ayleid Refuge

Let's begin with a discussion on sets, starting with the Ayleid Refuge. This heavy set, obtainable from Overland in West Wield, offers an intriguing perk: an 11% damage reduction for 3 seconds after blocking an attack. It's worth noting that tanks typically shy away from defensive item sets, largely because of the lack of compelling options in this category.

However, the Ayleid Refuge shows some promise, albeit modest. While additional damage mitigation against blockable attacks may seem redundant, the set's potential lies in its ability to mitigate damage from other sources, such as DoT effects, following a successful block. Therefore, while it may not revolutionize tanking strategies, it could still prove beneficial in certain encounters.

    Lucent Echoes

The next set I'll introduce is Lucent Echoes, originating from the new trial Lucent Citadel. Above 50% HP, it boosts allies' critical damage and healing by 11%. Below 50% HP, it grants a hefty 20% damage mitigation buff to the wearer. It's also essential to prepare for some ESO Gold in advance before the new chapter.

This set may replace the Elemental Catalyst in trial compositions. While its crit damage bonus is slightly lower than Elemental Catalyst's potential 15%, it's manageable since some groups only require crit damage from 2 elements.

With Lucent Echoes, we're at 101% of the crit damage cap of 125%. Arcanists reach 12% from Fated Fortune passive, while Wardens achieve similar values with 3 Animal Companions abilities. Templars and Nightblades gain 10% crit damage from class passives, reaching the cap with 7 medium pieces.

    Xoryn's Masterpiece

Everything discussed regarding the replacement of the Elemental Catalyst remains valid. Xoryn's Masterpiece, the light healer set from the new trial, is unlikely to be utilized on tanks, but I included it for consideration as fitting support sets in team compositions is a collaborative effort.

While it may occasionally land on a tank, its primary function is to grant 1,667 max stamina and magicka to all allies within 28 meters, equivalent to 158 weapon and spell damage. This makes it a weaker version of the Perfected Vestment of Olorime.

    Rourken Steamguards

Next, let's discuss the Rourken Steamguards. While they might initially seem useless, the concept behind them was fascinating, despite their poor execution. These Mythic gloves introduce a Parrying mechanic to blocking, rewarding players for raising their block right before an attack hits.

Ideally, this mechanic would be an innate part of ESO combat rather than limited to a Mythic item. However, the issue lies because this Mythic only grants increased damage mitigation for a brief period. At that point, it seems more efficient to dodge the attack entirely.

A successful Parrying mechanic with Mythic should offer additional benefits, such as resource restoration, buffs, or enemy debuffs, rather than just providing a temporary damage reduction. The 10-second cooldown further diminishes its effectiveness, as players would need to refrain from blocking for a significant period.

  • Fallout 76: Is There Still A Reason To Try It In 2024?

    Posted: Apr 23, 2024

In the ever-evolving online gaming landscape, few games have experienced such a dramatic path to redemption as Fallout 76. Since its launch in 2018, Fallout 76 has caused a revolution in the multiplayer survival game world, not only restoring its reputation but also cultivating a thriving community.

In 2024, it’s time to revisit wastelands of Appalachia. Here I’ll share my thoughts on how Fallout 76 has grown into a game worth investing in. If you want to try it, don’t forget to pack some Fallout 76 Bottle Caps! Good luck!

    Preface

After Fallout 76 was first released, it was heavily criticized by players and critics, who pointed out a number of issues ranging from technical glitches to the glaring absence of NPCs that seriously affected the immersive experience.

Despite these considerable setbacks, the game developers have shown an unwavering dedication to their vision. They work hard to fix the game’s flaws by rolling out a steady stream of patches and updates. Gradually, the game underwent a transformation, giving players a more refined and enjoyable experience.

    Wastelanders Update Is Critical

Wastelanders expansion’s update represents a key moment in Fallout 76’s development trajectory, marking a significant shift in the game’s direction. Wastelanders breathe fresh life into the game dynamic by introducing human non-player characters, an improved quest framework, and a host of enhancements designed to enhance the overall player experience.

It’s also a simple statement from the developers that they care about player feedback and solidify their commitment to the game’s continued development and longevity within the gaming community.

As we stand in the year 2024, it’s remarkable to witness how Fallout 76 has evolved into a virtual world filled with intricate details and tons of engaging content.

Over the course of its development, the game has gone through a series of expansions, each new expansion greatly increasing the complexity and richness of the gaming experience.

Whether it’s uncovering fresh, uncharted areas ripe for exploration, or a constant influx of dynamic events and challenging missions, players will find themselves immersed in an ever-expanding universe where the possibilities for adventure are nearly endless.

    Innovations In Multiplayer Game Dynamics

One of the most noteworthy developments in Fallout 76 is its innovations in multiplayer dynamics.

Unlike its predecessor, the game is primarily designed for online play, but it cleverly caters to those who prefer to travel alone, staying true to the series’ tradition of immersive single-player adventures.

This unique blend gives players the freedom to seamlessly transition between interacting with fellow survivors and going on solo adventures in the desolate wasteland. This makes it a versatile option that appeals to both social gamers looking for camaraderie and independent explorers craving solitude.

The camaraderie and sense of belonging fostered by the community around Fallout 76 is truly extraordinary and noteworthy. • EA FC 24: Conquer The TOTS Champs With This Unbeatable 4-2-2-2 Formation

    Posted: Apr 22, 2024

Today, I'm excited to share with you the ultimate meta 4-2-2-2 formation to dominate the Weekend League in EA FC 24 Team of the Season. These tactics will give you the edge you need to crush your opponents and climb the ranks like never before. So get ready to elevate your game to the next level!

    Custom Tactics

Today, let's explore the tactics setting of the 4-2-2-2 formation. We'll start by delving into the tactics: opt for a balanced Defensive Style, set the Width to 42, and maintain a Depth of 55. While employing a press after position loss strategy is viable, you have the flexibility to tweak the depth to approximately 62-65 if desired.

Regarding the Build Up Play, aim for balance, with a focus on Direct Passing for Chance Creation, and an attacking width of 27. It's essential to ensure that the attacking width remains below 30 for this setup. While the specific number isn't overly crucial, keeping it below 30 optimizes performance, as you'll soon discover. Customize your preferences for Corners and Free Kicks accordingly.

    Player Instructions

Strikers: Set both of your Strikers to Drift Wide, Get In Behind, and Come Back On Defense. In this formation, your 2 CAM players fulfilling the roles of the Strikers, with the actual 2 Strikers operating in the CAM positions. This strategic setup relies on keeping the attacking width below 30, allowing the 2 Strikers to Drift Wide and function as CAMs, while the Wingers Cut Inside and play as Strikers. These tactics effectively disrupt the opponent's defense, leaving them unsure of whom to mark.

Adjusting to this setup might take some practice. If it doesn't suit your style, simply instruct your Strikers to Stay Central. In this formation, the wide CAMs function as Strikers, tasked with staying forward and positioning themselves in the box for crosses.

The Strikers drop back to defend as Midfielders, while the Wingers Stay Forward, setting the stage for effective counter attacks. If this formation doesn't resonate with you, consider having your CAMs drop back on defense and your Strikers stay central. While casual players may find it challenging at first, those in Division 1 or higher should try it out for a rewarding gameplay experience.

CDM: Next up is the most defensive CDM. This player is on Cut Passing Lanes, Stay Back While Attacking, and Cover Center. You can put Deep Lying Playmaker on this CDM if they have the Long Ball Playstyle on them. The other CDM is going to be on Cut Passing Lanes, balance, and Cover Center.

I recommend playing Goncalo Ramos and Joao Felix as the Striker who’s going to Drift Wide. These 2 are going to link up when we’re going forward, and both of them have the Finesse Shot+ Playstyle, so whenever I’m on that left side of the field, I know finesse shot is an option.

Fullbacks: Following the same pattern, our Fullbacks will be assigned their roles. The defensive Fullback, ideally on the same side as the advancing CDM, will stay back while attacking and default. Conversely, the attacking Fullback will adopt a balanced approach with the Overlap instructions. Having an attacking Fullback with the Playstyle+ is advantageous.

Goalkeeper: The Goalkeeper will maintain the standard settings of coming for crosses and default positioning.

  • WOW Classic SOD: The Best Skin Farming Spot That Team Players Can’t Miss In Phase 3

    Posted: Apr 22, 2024

Here, I’ll share the ultimate skin and gold farming method for WOW Classic Season of Discovery Phase 3 tailored for solo adventurers and groups, which also contain some really nice BOEs. The only drawback to this place is that there are powerful elite monsters there that are difficult to kill. So I highly recommend doing it as a duo or group.

In this short guide, I’ll cover the location, how to get the most out of it as a group or solo player, the best builds and combinations, including covering the pros and cons of the location. Whether you’re playing solo or teaming up with 2 or 3 other players, you’ll be able to maximize your earnings. Don’t miss this powerful farming strategy!

    Pros And Cons

I tried several other skinning locations before testing this location. To be honest, none of them come close to this spot in terms of how much WOW Classic SOD Gold you can earn per hour.

Actually, soloing isn’t too bad if you can’t find the right combo, but you’ll need a lot of gear, and some classes can’t be run solo effectively.

The location is located in Burning Steppes and involves some powerful Level 42 to 44 elite dragons, specialized in forming Black Dragonscales and other valuable high-level skins. However, the drop rate of Rugged Leather is also good, and sometimes you will get two of them.

The advantage of us farming Black Dragonscales is that it will most likely be more useful in the next phase, so its price will not drop too low. If its price suddenly drops, investors will definitely want to buy it. So it’s hard to lose your investment.

    Optimize This Spot

Next, let’s talk about how to make the most of this skin farming spot and make it worth your while.

First, you have to kill these mobs as quickly as possible, otherwise it’s not worth the effort. This is why I highly recommend doing it in a duo or even a group, with only one person needing to skin the mobs.

What’s more, the monsters in this farming spot respawn quickly, and there are also two camps nearby, so you can complete both tasks at the same time, making it more suitable for group operations.

Of course, a solo player can make it work if well geared, but it’s not a good place for a solo Mage.

As you can see, this farming spot has five camps to choose from, but the northern camp is the best and is also very close to the eastern camp.

When starting farming, try to kill Scalding Broodling as soon as they respawn, as they are not elite and will die within a few seconds with a reasonable chance of dropping Black Dragonscales.

    Best Builds And Combinations

For Hunters, I highly recommend choosing a ranged build because of the huge AOE abilities these elite mobs have, both physical and magical damage. But for a solo hunter, trying to melee as a duo or group can be a pain.

As already mentioned, you’ll take damage from either side because of the massive AOE damage. Your melee warriors will take around 500 to 800 damage per cleave or AOE. Therefore, we can also use Mage and Hunters with Pre Raid Gear to deal with these mobs alone. But let’s be honest, the gold per hour isn’t worth the effort for a solo player.

On the other hand, for groups, the amount of gold farmed per hour doesn’t compare to any other location I’ve tried. Therefore, as long as you can kill these mobs quickly, this place is by far the best skinning spot in Season of Discovery Phase 3. This is really crazy.

    Outro

All in all, I highly recommend doing it as a geared duo, but you can also play this farm solo if you’re well geared. Because respawn times are long, you’ll increase your chances of getting epics and BOEs and get more kills. So hurry up and try it out!

  • Elden Ring: Master These Key Tips To Help You Farm Executioner’s Greataxe Effortlessly

    Posted: Apr 22, 2024

Executioner’s Greataxe is an important weapon in Elden Ring, primarily scaling with Strength and Dexterity. Its skill War Cry gives the user the ability to temporarily increase attack power. While active, power attacks become charge attacks.

This weapon is uncommon and only has a 4% drop rate. So in this guide, I’m going to show you where to farm this Greataxe and give you some tips on how to make things easier so that your farming process is less harmful to your health.

    Farming Spot

Closer to home, the best place to farm this weapon is actually in the middle of nowhere in Liurnia of the Lakes. To make it easier for you to find this location, look for South Raya Lucaria Gate Site of Grace.

Then zoom in and try to align your cursor with Site of Grace or the bridge, and look slightly to the right at this location, which shows a tree and a small box with an X inside, which is actually a collapsed tower. Mark it on the map and get close to it.

Once you get close to the tree and these tombstones, some Evil Skellies will appear from the ground.

Now pay close attention to the next instructions: look for the taller skeleton. He is the one who dropped Executioner’s Greataxe. Kill him and wait to see if he drops anything. If no weapons are dropped, you have to let the other skeletons kill you.

Since Stakes of Marika is very close to this place. So when prompted, you just need to choose to respawn at Stakes of Marika.

You spawn already facing where the skeleton is. You just need to walk a few steps or ride the torrent and kill the big skeleton again. That’s it. It’s simple once you know the location.

What’s not simple is that the chance of dropping this Executioner’s Greataxe is only 4%. It took me 32 minutes to drop the first one. So you need to be prepared.

    Farming Tips

Now I’ll give you some tips on how to make it more efficient.

    Increase Holy Damage

First, let’s exploit the weakness of the skeleton that drops Executioner’s Greataxe. These types of enemies have weaknesses to two types of damage: Strike and Holy, making them very vulnerable to damage.

The easiest way to deal Holy damage, no matter what Rune Level character is or what build you are using, is to use Ash of War Sacred Blade. It can be used on any type of weapon except Fists, Claws, Whips, Bows and Crossbows.

To obtain it, go to Third Church of Marika in Limgrave. Once there, head north. On the way up, there is a Scarab that you can kill to get Ash of War Sacred Blade. Infuse it into your weapon and set the affinity to Sacred, and you’re ready to melt those Evil Skellies.

    Equip Mace

Now for weapons, any weapon that deals attack damage will do. But if you don't have one, the easiest one to get is Mace, which you can buy at Twin Maiden Husks with Elden Ring Runes. You just need to rest at a Site of Grace and Melina will take you there.

    Improve Item Discovery Value

The next tip is to increase Item Discovery value of your character. But this farming location has a catch with this trick: it only works on mid to late game characters.

This is because a consumable item that boosts your character Item Discovery, Silver-Pickled Fowl Foot, is not recommended for use here. Because every time you are killed, the boost disappears. So it can get expensive quickly.

But for mid-end game characters, you can equip Silver Scarab Talisman and Rebirth at Rennala to increase your Arcane level.

    Properly Allocate Skill Points

Here comes the final tip. When respawning, first add the requirements for the weapons that need to be used, then raise Arcane to the highest possible level. If you still have points left, add Faith to increase Holy damage. Finally, don't put a little bit on Vigor so your health is as low as possible so you can get killed by skeletons faster.

That’s all. I hope this guide was useful to you. Hurry up and try it out and create your best build with this Greataxe!
