QoL enhancements

It is worth noting, however, that Kronos 5 is designed to faithfully recreate World of Warcraft 1.12.1; consequently, the dual specialization feature, which originated in Wrath of the Lich King expansion, is not included.

Therefore, if you wish to switch between PvE and PvP specializations on Kronos 5, you must physically visit a class trainer each and every time to perform the respec.

Cross-faction auction house

The introduction of this feature means that, regardless of whether you belong to Alliance or Horde, you can access and utilize auction houses across all locations without any restrictions.

From a broader economic perspective, this feature enhances the interconnectivity between the neutral auction houses and those located in the major capital cities.

Line of Sight system

When this system is active, the casting of any spell you attempt will strictly adhere to the rules governing terrain elevation and physical obstructions.

This effectively eliminates any possibility of exploiting the environment to cast spells through solid objects or around corners in unintended ways.

This is, without a doubt, a major highlight of the server. Private servers are often plagued by technical limitations that result in rough-around-the-edges development, where Line of Sight rules are frequently broken or non-functional, but Kronos 5 completely defies this common stereotype.

Dynamic spawn mechanism

This mechanism dynamically adjusts the spawn rate of monsters in real-time, based on the number of players currently present in a specific area.

This prevents the common issue where players cluster together in large numbers, only to find that farmable enemies are frustratingly scarce.

In the original version of the game, this problem was particularly pronounced within the starting zones for new players. Now, simply by joining Kronos 5, you can enjoy a gameplay experience where this long-standing flaw has been completely remedied.

Chronoboon system

The purpose of this system is to allow you to store special World Buffs after acquiring them through various means.

However, the system does come with certain restrictions: it cannot be used within Battlegrounds or while in combat. Furthermore, for the first four weeks following the official launch, it cannot be activated within raid zones.

These limitations are primarily in place to ensure combat balance across the server while simultaneously preserving the competitive buff-sniping experience characteristic of the original game.
